Is an appointment necessary to try on wedding dresses?
In order to offer our clients dedicated staff and exclusive spaces, it is necessary to make an appointment. If you are looking for a specific designer or a particular genre we recommend that you include this information in the message.
How far in advance is it advisable to book an appointment?
The first appointment should be set 4 to 8 months before the wedding date. This allows time for any changes and customizations or to receive the dress from a specific company, in case you need to order. In any case, thanks to the vastness of our sample collection, we offer immediate solutions (up to a week before the wedding) for those brides who want to buy the dress on the spot.
How many people can I bring to my wedding dress appointment?
To serve you properly, we recommend that you bring no more than three people to your fitting. This is your time and it is easy to get overwhelmed with too many opinions. We encourage brides to keep appointments intimate so that you can truly tap into your desires and find the perfect dress.
What to wear/bring to the wedding dress fitting?
You do not need to bring anything in particular, as we provide everything you need, including trial shoes. We ask that you do not use makeup (especially lipstick), to avoid staining the wedding dresses.
